At Spotless Cleaning Squad, we take pride in delivering luxury-level cleaning services. Due to the nature of our work and the time reserved specifically for each client, we operate under a limited refund policy designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

1. No Cash Refunds After Service Completion

Once cleaning services have been completed, we do not offer cash refunds.

This policy exists because labor, time, and operational costs are fully incurred once service is performed.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee (Re-Clean Policy)

If you are not satisfied with your service:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Please provide a clear description of the concern and photos if requested.

At our discretion, we may:

  • Schedule a complimentary re-clean of the affected area(s) only.

Re-cleans must be scheduled within 3 days of the original appointment and are subject to availability.

3. What Is NOT Eligible for Refunds or Re-Cleans

Refunds or re-cleans will not be provided for:

  • Issues reported after 24 hours
  • Areas not included in the booked service
  • Services declined or skipped during the scheduled appointment
  • Homes with excessive clutter or unsafe conditions
  • Normal wear, stains, or permanent damage
  • Expectations beyond the selected service level (Standard vs Deep)

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment are eligible for a full refund or free reschedule.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% charge.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% and are not refundable.

5. Service Interruptions

If service is interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (power outage, unsafe conditions, client request to stop service):

  • No refund will be issued
  • Partial services completed will be charged in full

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Spotless Cleaning Squad directly to resolve concerns prior to initiating any chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent refusal of future services
  • Submission of documentation to the payment processor

7. Right to Refuse Refunds

Spotless Cleaning Squad reserves the right to refuse refunds or re-cleans if this policy is violated or abused.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By booking services with Spotless Cleaning Squad, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
