These Terms & Conditions govern all cleaning services provided by Spotless Cleaning Squad ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking services through our website, phone, or any other method, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Spotless Cleaning Squad provides residential cleaning services, including Standard Luxury Cleaning, Deep Luxury Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, and approved add-on services. Service scope is limited to what is listed at the time of booking.

Any services not listed or requested during booking are not included and may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods.
  • Prices are based on the information provided by the client (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, condition of home).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more before the appointment receive no penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% charge.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to a 100% charge.

4. Arrival Window & Access

  • Appointment times are scheduled with an arrival window of up to 48 hours.
  • Clients must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the home at the scheduled time.
  • If our team cannot access the home within 30 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled and charged as a no-show.

5. Safety, Health & Work Conditions

For the safety of our staff:

  • Homes must have working electricity and water.
  • Excessive clutter, biohazards, pest infestations, mold, or unsafe conditions may result in service refusal.
  • We do not clean hoarding situations, bodily fluids, animal waste, or hazardous materials.

6. Breakage & Damage

Our cleaners take great care, but accidents may occur.

  • All claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Claims reported after 24 hours will not be honored.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly installed items, or fragile items not disclosed in advance.

Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, not exceeding the value of the item.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.
  • We may offer a re-clean of the affected area at our discretion.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the Company’s discretion.

8. Pets

  • Pets must be secured during cleaning appointments.
  • We are not responsible for pets escaping, illness, or injury.
  • Aggressive or unsafe animals will result in immediate service termination.

9. Supplies & Equipment

  • We provide professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • If clients request the use of their own supplies, we are not responsible for results or damages caused by those products.

10. Employee Protection & Solicitation

Clients agree not to solicit, hire, or engage any Spotless Cleaning Squad employees or contractors directly during service or for 12 months following the last appointment.

Violation of this clause will result in a $2,500 placement fee.

11. Non-Liability for Certain Items

We do not clean or are not responsible for:

  • Chandeliers
  • Exterior windows
  • Artwork, antiques, or collectibles
  • Electronics beyond exterior wiping
  • Areas beyond reasonable reach without ladders

12. Weather & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control.

13. Right to Refuse Service

Spotless Cleaning Squad reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spotless Cleaning Squad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services with Spotless Cleaning Squad, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
